Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of Five Credit Passes at the GCE ’O’ Level Examination (Distinction Pass for English is a Must)
Age:- Below 22 Years
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service skills and good telephone skills
- Customer relationship management skills
- Computer literacy
- Good customer relationship skills
- Fluency in English and Sinhala languages while Tamil language would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be responsible to:
- Active Involvement of call centre functions
- Strengthen the relationship of customers while providing superlative customer service.
- Good product knowledge
- To carry out research based on the business requirements
- To support the Bank call centre functions
