Designation of Post:- Customer Service Assistant – Contact Centre

Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of Five Credit Passes at the GCE ’O’ Level Examination (Distinction Pass for English is a Must)

Age:- Below 22 Years

Special Skills

  1. Excellent communication skills
  2. Customer service skills and good telephone skills
  3. Customer relationship management skills
  4. Computer literacy
  5. Good customer relationship skills
  6. Fluency in English and Sinhala languages while Tamil language would be advantageous.

Job Profile
The successful candidate will be responsible to:

  • Active Involvement of call centre functions
  • Strengthen the relationship of customers while providing superlative customer service.
  • Good product knowledge
  • To carry out research based on the business requirements
  • To support the Bank call centre functions
